My name is Kiara Brielle Haden, a graduate student in the Public Relations program at Syracuse University's Newhouse School, with a focus on sports communications. My love for sports isn't just about the final score, it's about everything that happens around it!

I'm drawn to the moments most people scroll past because I believe those moments are exactly what make sports matter. Whether I'm behind the scenes on game-day or building the story of an athlete on and off the field, I want to be the person capturing and creating the content that makes fans feel like they were there, even if they weren't.

What excites me most about this industry is its people-first nature. Sports have a unique power to bring communities together, and I want a career built around amplifying that through community relations, player development, and live game-day content that makes fans, players, and organizations feel genuinely connected.
